![]() ![]() Does anyone else have any physical limitations like this and how do they adapt Dr. When I meditate after stretching/working out, I can feel the energy flow up my spine and through my chakras which does not happen if I try before warming up physically as the physical connections are blocked. In general, I have always had a hard time meditating because sitting is the most uncomfortable position for me. I have tried meditating before stretching but it is either painful or my body literally turns into pins and needles from sitting (my injury is on my L5 in my lower spine). ![]() ![]() For years, I have woke up and done stretching and exercise to warm me up for the day, but, if I do that before meditation, I am fully awake and not in the state Dr. I have been dealing with an injury to my back for the last 25 years, and though I am doing very well in life now, when I wake up is when my body is at its most creaky and annoying. My question revolves around the state of my body when waking. Joe presents which states that it is more advantageous to meditate right when waking up and before you do any of your normal routines. My question revolves around the idea that Dr. Hello - I just finished reading 'Change your Personality' and have started to do the meditations. ![]()
